The program has identified more than two hundred SMEs into cashew processing that are completely managed as well as owned by women. By means of this program, women entrepreneurs learn several business skills including effective negotiation, financial management, and decision-making skills, among others.

3. Pathways

Pathways is a global program that is actively run in six countries, including India. Through the program, marginalized and poor women farmers are empowered by improving their economic opportunities.
